Welcome! RISE Transformation is a service that assists you in creating true change in your world, and living the life you want. In sessions, I look at a client’s mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and multi-dimensional bodies. I see where the energy is blocked or wants to shift. I use a variety of techniques to assist the client in shifting and healing themselves.
This is heart-centered soul exploration. Here you can discover your true self. You can embody your original blueprint and be who you were always meant to be. Through 30 years of working in a variety of Spirit-Mind-Body therapies, we address your whole system, your whole being. This results in true transformation.

Here is the most important thing that I do – I hold space. What does that mean? Through decades of doing my own inner work, I am able to create a safe and sacred space of acceptance and non-judgment. Monica’s ability to tune in to what is happening in the body goes so much deeper than just muscle and tissue. She is able to tune into the energies of places in the body that hold tension and stress. Through her gentle, facilitated coaching she is able to help coax out and relieve the emotional tensions that may not be addressed in a typical massage.
